 Our Policy 

  1. If the lenses have quality problems like ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc, please contact us immediately and send us clear pictures of defected lens. We will solve it after checking. Please do not throw the lens and lens packaging before your problem is solved.

  2. After sales warranty is 7 days after receiving the lenses.

  3. Please note that delivery time is approximate. We do not guarantee delivery times. SKYLENS takes no responsibility for delays caused by the quality of the postal service in each country.

  4. Once the item has been sent and the Customer has received their tracking number, the Customer agrees to take over full responsibility for delivery. Customers agree to track their own orders.

  5. If the Recipient was not there when the postman attempted to deliver, Customers agree to contact postal service for asking for more information. And if in a few days Recipient don't make a contact, the package will be send back to us. We will refund if we already get confirmation the lenses will send back to us.

  6. And for all problems, we will refund only for the lenses, exclude shipping fee.
